Yoga Center of Los Gatos

We are soulful, sacred and playful in community! We practice yoga, meditation, sit in wisdom circles, enjoy sacred dancing, drumming, singing and other somatic/shamanic arts to experience awareness and fierce compassion in the challenging crucible of community. Heart and spirit based instruction is our intention. We are passionate about living and teaching the ways yoga transforms the self. We make learning a nurturing, energizing experience. Yoga Center of Los Gatos offers classes in flow yoga, shamanic journey, support circles, restorative/yin yoga and poetry reading, samba dance, yoga for kids, yoga for the special child, and more.
