All instructors at Bikram Yoga Seacliff have been certified by Bikram Choudhury after graduating from his intensive Teacher Training Programs. All are required to Re-Certify every 3 years, and to maintain the integrity of Bikram’s Hatha Yoga system and teaching methods. We encourage our teachers to continue their study, practice, and development as teachers by returning to the Source, attending Bikram’s seminars, classes, re-visiting the Teacher Trainings, and most importantly — maintaining their own Yoga practice. We are located in the Seacliff area of the Richmond District. Our San Francisco yoga classes are scheduled every 2 hours for your convenience. We have showers. Start your day with yoga and then go straight to work! First time students: 20% off regular priced package when purchased before intro expires (includes auto debits). College Students: 20% off with valid id shown at time of purchase. Young adults: 15-18 years old, $10 per class or 50% off packages. Children: under 15 years accompanied in class by parent FREE!
